We welcomed 402 students back to school. Happy faces mostly, some from the little ones and some from their mums! It was a very, very hot day (42 degrees) and we had to call extreme weather at lunch time. At recess though, children were enjoying games of chasey, catching up on each other’s news. 

Mr Gough is retiring and we thank him for his 38 years service to South Coogee Primary School. Mr Gauci will continue at the school in the Phys Ed role until the end of Semester 1.

New staff to the school include Ms Jodie Huggins, Year 3/4 teacher, Ms Janet Reed, (Education Assistant Special Needs, Mr Aguer Dut, school chaplain.
